HR Manager/HR Executive
Job Description: HR managers maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting and retention efforts, and keep performance at peak levels. Desired Profile: MBA in HR with 3-5 years corporate sector experience.
Purchase Manager/Purchase Executive:
Job Description: Would be responsible for reducing purchasing cost, procuring quality material, ensuring timely deliveries, checking bills and timely bill payment. Desired Profile: Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Tendering & Cost Manager:
Job Description: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies. Desired Profile: B.E.(Civil) DCE with minimum 5 years of Experience in construction of buildings and interior work.
Sales & Marketing Manager:
Job Description: Promote business, services, products, or brands. The develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff. Desired Profile: Graduate in Sales & Marketing with 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
